It Still Gets Me

For all you Grey's Anatomy fans out there, you understand this. This is sadness-squared, but still so wonderfully touching.

Alex: Iz, that's not Denny. The minute his heart stopped beating, he stopped being Denny. Now I know you love him, but he also loved you. And a guy who loves you like that, he doesn't want you to do this to yourself. Because it's not Denny, not anymore.

Izzie: An hour ago he was proposing, and now he - now he's going to the morgue. *Pause* Isn't that ridiculous? *sob* Isn't that the most *sob* ridiculous piece of crap you've ever heard? *cries*

SADNESS! I wish Izzie and Denny got a better chance to be together. The ending of their relationship was so tragic - Romeo and Juliet tragic, but minus the poison and daggers. :)

It still gets me, every time. *sob*
